State Authorization

ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø is approved by the State of North Carolina to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).

The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements provide a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education.

Colleges and universities offering distance education courses or programs are required to provide current and prospective students with the contact information for filing complaints with the educational institution, with its accrediting agency, and with the state agencies that handle complaints in students’ states of residence.

ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø Complaint Policy and Procedures

ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø students who wish to resolve a student complaint should follow the college’s Student Grievance procedures. The Dean of Students Office will provide guidance if students have questions about these procedures.
