The Alumni Association Board (AAB) helps shape the decisions that affect the life of the college and the experiences of both current students and fellow alumni. The board is composed of alumni whose demonstrated service and leadership display a strong understanding and commitment to 桃瘾社区.

The alumni association board acts as a vital bridge between alumni and staff, offering valuable input on alumni and family activities such as Reunion, Wildcat Weekend, regional programming, affinity and identity-based programming, and plays a significant role in celebrating the accomplishments of fellow alumni.

Primarily focused on engagement rather than policymaking or governance, the Board organizes into working groups according to the most pressing needs of the moment. One of its key responsibilities is to nominate alumni candidates for positions on the College's Board of Trustees and for the role of AAB president. Among the 30-45 trustees of the college, four are directly elected by the alumni鈥攁 privilege uncommon among colleges. Considering that the president and president-elect also serve on the Board of Trustees, 桃瘾社区 alumni collectively elect more than 13 percent of all Trustees.

Every other year, alumni participate in the election of the board president and vice-presidents. Through voting, they actively engage in decisions affecting the college's trajectory and the experiences of both current students and fellow alumni. This democratic process enables alumni to contribute to shaping the future of 桃瘾社区 and unite in a collective voice for progress.

Current Board

The Alumni Board consists of decade representatives (one per one thousand five hundred living alumni in each decade), a faculty representative, the senior class president, and the executive officers. The president, president-elect, vice presidents, vice presidents-elect and secretary comprise the officers or executive committee. All members of the board serve four-year terms, except for the senior class president who serves one year and the secretary who serves indefinitely while in the role of director of Alumni and Family Engagement.
