The Town of ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø provides a supportive, safe and active community for ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø students to learn and thrive during their college career. ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø is home to many small businesses including a variety of well-known restaurants.

Just a short 20-minute drive away, students can enjoy art, theatre, sports, and dining events in North Carolina's largest metro area, Charlotte. Many major companies are headquartered in the Charlotte area providing ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø students with meaningful internships.

Along with ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø, the communities of Huntersville, Mooresville, and Cornelius make up the Lake Norman area. Huntersville is a quick drive south of campus with upscale shopping and dining options, while Mooresville, just north of campus, is home to many of NASCAR's racing teams.

Students, faculty, and staff enjoy exclusive access to ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø's Lake Campus located just a few minutes away on Lake Norman. The campus cross-country trails have routes for hiking and jogging located in a wooded, quiet area on campus.

What's the Weather Like?

Tucked between the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina and the picturesque Carolina coastline, ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø is fortunate to experience all four seasons. With winters cold enough to catch a flurry but mild enough to enjoy the outdoors, and spring and fall seasons that shower our campus in vivid foliage, there's no bad time to experience campus.
